Returning

Instructions for returning products. Before you return a product, please read instructions below and act accordingly.

1. Fill the returning form so that we know to expect a package. Click the link below to fill the form. You will find your order number from your order confirmation email. You have 14 days to return the products.

2. Pack the product with care to its original package, if possible. Please notice the product must be clean, whole and new. You can try it on but not use it, if you wish to return it. Please do not use fragnances while trying clothes on. If the product is damaged, dirty or it has fragnances, we can not make a refund. The product should be like new and unused so that it can be sold again. All tags and labels should be attached to the product. 

3. Take the package to nearest Matkahuolto service point. The customer will pay for the returning costs, and the shipping costs will not be refunded.

4. When we get the returned product and if it's in good condition, we will make a refund to the account that you've given to us in 14 days. If the return is about complaint, we will contact you by email. Please notice that we do not refund shipping costs.
